Can I take Her Fertility alongside other supplements or medications?
In most cases, yes but we always recommend checking with your doctor or fertility specialist first.
Her Fertility is a complete preconception formula that already contains the key nutrients most women need (including high-strength CoQ10, active folate, vitamin D, zinc and more). This means you generally don’t need to take a separate prenatal or additional fertility supplements at the same time.
The only addition we recommend is a good-quality Omega-3 (EPA & DHA) if you’re not already getting enough from your diet.
If you are currently taking any prescription medication, fertility drugs, or other supplements, or if you are under medical supervision, please speak to your healthcare provider before starting Her Fertility to make sure everything works safely together.
Is Her Fertility only for IVF or also for natural conception?
Her Fertility is a food supplement for adult women during the preconception stage. It is suitable if you are trying naturally or if you are preparing for IVF or another clinic pathway.
