When should I start taking the fertility supplements before trying to conceive (TTC)? 

To give your body the best preparation, we recommend starting our fertility supplements at least 3 months before TTC. This aligns with NHS advice for key nutrients like folate (folic acid), which is ideally taken daily for 3 months prior to conception to help support hormonal balance during you cycle, and early pregnancy development. Our fertility collection provides Folate & Iron in effective doses for both men and women, offering a convenient all-in-one option.

How to Use the Supplements

How should I take the supplements?

 Take 4 capsules daily for best results: 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening. We recommend taking them with food (or a meal/snack) to support better absorption and minimise any chance of stomach discomfort.

Where should I store my supplements?

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture (e.g., a bedroom drawer, cupboard, or linen closet — not the bathroom or kitchen near sinks/ovens). Always store out of reach of children and in their original packaging with the lid tightly closed to maintain quality and potency.
