Vitality Revival ships within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery options

• Standard UK shipping — free on all orders. Typically Royal Mail, arriving in about 2–5 working days after dispatch.
• Tracked 24 — available at checkout for £3.99 when you want a faster tracked service.

Dispatch times

Orders are packed and dispatched Monday–Friday from our fulfilment partner in England. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays usually go out on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking details when the parcel leaves our warehouse (where the chosen service provides tracking).

What if my order is delayed?

Most UK parcels arrive within the window above. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of the dispatch email, email info@vitalityrevival.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once they are with Royal Mail. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund of the product cost (shipping may not be refundable on paid tracked options).
