Ashwagandha Root (KSM-66®) · 600 mg

A widely studied ashwagandha root extract, included at 600 mg in the daily serving.

N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) · 400 mg

NAC is a precursor to glutathione and is included at 400 mg for antioxidant nutritional support.

Coenzyme Q10 · 300 mg

CoQ10 is an antioxidant nutrient involved in cellular energy production, included at 300 mg per daily serving.

5-MTHF (Active Folate) · 400 µg

The body-ready form of folate. Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Especially useful for women who prefer a methylated folate rather than folic acid. Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status.

Royal Jelly (3% 10-HDA) · 300 mg

A nutrient-dense food ingredient, included at 300 mg.

Maca Root (Red, Black & Yellow) · 150 mg

A blend of all three varieties, included at 150 mg.
